Our Options page is designed to help you customize your wedding experience at The Meadows—think of it as a “build-your-own” approach to planning. We’ve organized our optional add-ons into six categories: Décor, Culinary, Experience, Beauty, Media, and Honeymoon. Each category showcases a curated selection of add-ons and trusted vendor partners so you can explore what’s available, get to know the businesses behind each offering, and decide what best fits your vision. These options are available to request as enhancements to your base package and are not automatically included, and each come at their own exclusive price.
Please note that third-party vendors are independent businesses and availability is not guaranteed, even though they offer exclusive discounted packages to Meadows couples. For this reason, we strongly recommend requesting any add-ons as early as possible.
Pricing and package details are not listed on this page and will instead be shared and reviewed through our Options & Add-Ons Guide during your one-on-one consultation, following submission of your intake form.
